Who are we?

Frankston Life Community Inc was previously called City Life Inc, a Not-for-Profit Charitable organisation that for over 30 years has provided a broad range of services to the community of Frankston and beyond.

Originally set up to run refuges for the homeless – Frankston Life has worked with the most vulnerable for many years in many varied ways.

Until late 2016, we have operated a Safe Hub & food outlet in the CAD of Frankston, utilising a holistic approach we provided a range of integrated services that provided a connection point for our partner organisations and allowed us to effectively support the most vulnerable and disadvantaged members of our City.

This service was built on four key principles: Mercy, Connection, Empowerment and Hope. Helping people to Dream! Our vision is to see struggling individuals and families develop self-esteem, connectedness and build self-reliance. Through mercy and connection, we strive to empower and assist those who are vulnerable and/or ‘at risk’ within the community.

City Life closed its Frankston Hub in late 2016 due to the impending demolition of their existing facilities.

In 2018 Frankston Life Community was invited to help launch a meals program at the Chisholm Institute in Frankston with the Frankston Churches Breakfast Club – the new service – The Brekky Club now operates 5 days a week at the Bunurong Cafe in Chisholm.
